About the event
Super Full Moon Sauna • 23 November 6:00-7:30pm
A night of wood‑fired warmth, wild water, and a moon at its brightest.
Join us between the magical glow of the Beaver Moon - as the Super Full Moon lifts over the Fowey estuary on 23 November, we gather in the glow for a slow, restorative sauna ritual. It’s the kind of moon that feels almost touchable above the river, casting silver light across the water and turning the whole evening into something quietly magical.
What to expect:
Wood-fired heat that settles the body and softens the breath
Cool-water river dips under the bright supermoon
