1. HEAT
THE HEAT
Take your time settling into the heat and let the natural rhythm of the sauna guide you. Perched overlooking the River Fowey, this is a place to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with your surroundings.
With temperatures typically between 160–200°F (70–93°C), the combination of heat, fresh air and sweeping river views creates an opportunity to unwind, reset and simply enjoy being present in Fowey.
2. COLD
COOL OFF
Cold exposure is where the balance of contrast therapy truly comes to life. While the intensity of the experience can be powerful, there’s no universal formula for how long you should stay in the cold. Your response is unique, so the most important thing is learning to listen to your body rather than following someone else’s routine.
There’s no need to compete with the clock the goal is to find the experience that works best for you.

3. REHYDRATE
Revitalise your body
Your body loses a significant amount of water during a sauna ritual, so staying hydrated throughout is essential. House-blended herbal tea, ice-cold water, and electrolytes are available to help replenish fluids and minerals as you sweat.
