Cancellation Policy

Cold Water & Sauna Use – Participant Acknowledgement Please read conditions before booking, booking is deemed as consent - using a hot sauna followed by cold water immersion places stress on the heart, blood vessels, and breathing. I will only dip, not swim, in the small, designated area next to the sauna and will stay within my depth. I will enter the water slowly, and will not jump, dive, or hold my breath underwater. I will leave the water immediately and inform the Sauna Guide if I feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, confused, or unwell. I will follow all instructions given by the Sauna Guide and respect any decision to stop or modify the session for safety reasons. I understand that sauna and cold water are not suitable for everyone, and that people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, circulatory issues, pregnancy, or other relevant medical conditions should seek medical advice before participating. I take part in sauna and cold water dipping at my own risk, and I accept responsibility for my own health and decisions during the session.
